Living as an one-dimensional being is downright boring 'cause I enjoy so many things, like eating pho. Here are few others:
For the next several years, I'm doing a tour of duty as an innovation specialist / civil servant at 18F, a federal digital consultancy collaborating with agencies to improve how government serves the public through technology — To be more responsive, useful and accessible for all.
Specifically, I'm focusing on design patterns, libraries and systems. At the moment, project-wise:
On the personal front: I live in the northwest side with Lydia, who is a freelance sign language interpreter, in a quiet neighborhood called Norwood Park, and together we're raising four young children (two boys and two girls). Teaching them not be a jerk, but pleasantly firm is our priority right now.

I read books (you too? we should be Goodreads friends). Current interests are domestic surveillance, ethics of technology, neurodiversity, and systems thinking. And some far out fictions, of course.
I listen to songs (you too again?! let's be Spotify friends). Current jams are modular, Beijing experimental, Japanese ambient and afropunk. And someday, I may make playlists for these.
I help clients from a variety of sectors, including social, finance and civic. Also, higher education through partnership with Bravery. Together, we can make something neat(!).
